1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or distributing music through Sting Tune, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Your Content & Rights

You confirm that you own or control all rights to the music, artwork and metadata you upload, and that nothing you submit infringes any third-party rights. You retain 100% ownership of your masters at all times.

3. Distribution License

You grant us a non-exclusive license to deliver, display and monetise your content on digital stores and streaming platforms on your behalf. You may request takedown of your releases at any time.

4. Royalties & Payments

Royalties reported by stores are credited to your account dashboard. Payouts are processed after the platform minimum threshold is reached, to your registered bank account or UPI.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Uploading infringing, fraudulent or artificially-streamed content is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination and forfeiture of royalties as permitted by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination we will stop new deliveries and process takedowns of your live releases within a reasonable period.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
