Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when payments made to Sting Tune can be refunded.

2. Eligible Refunds

Paid plan fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if no release has been submitted for distribution under the plan.

3. Non-Refundable

Fees are non-refundable once a release has been delivered to stores, for completed add-on services, and for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Request

Email our support team from your registered email with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Plan Cancellation

You can cancel renewal anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period and your released music remains live on stores.
